You’ve been involved in a car accident and your vehicle has been damaged needing repair. Details have been exchanged with the other party involved and you have stored the details and images of the incident.

Contact is made to your insurance company to let them know that you have been involved in an accident so the claims process can be initiated.

If your vehicle is still road legal, we can come and do a pre-inspection which helps with pre-ordering parts to minimise the time you are without your car.

We can collect your vehicle, or you can drop it off to our repair centre (whatever you prefer).

We will provide you with a courtesy car if this is included in your insurance policy.

If your vehicle was left immobile after the incident and could not be pre-inspected, one of our engineers will complete an on-site inspection and contact you to discuss the repairs required.

Repairs are underway, quality checks are carried out throughout the entire process and vehicle is cleaned ready for delivery.

We arrange return of your vehicle and any associated excess payment as part of your insurance policy claim is collected.
