Job description

We are recruiting for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our skilled team. You will be responsible for maintaining relations with customers, insurers and businesses ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Day to day tasks:

  • Managing our customer experience journey, including customer resolutions

  • Booking customers in and arranging their vehicle collections and returns

  • Liaising with our drivers and managing the transport diary

  • Good telephone mannerisms

  • Answering and making phone calls

  • Updating insurers and customers daily

  • Updating relevant management systems and web portals

  • Ensuring daily KPI targets are achieved

  • Creating job packs and associated admin for these claims

About you:

You must have prior experience in a fast-paced customer service position, preferably experience in a body shop environment, with the ability to:

  • Have excellent telephonic mannerisms

  • Have at least 1 year of body shop systems experience or similar environment (preferred)

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

  • Multi-task in a busy environment

  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure customers are updated to agreed timescales

  • Work accurately under pressure

  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8am - 4.30pm)
